My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms had all the necessary amenities, although there were a few cleanliness issues that bothered me. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for my needs, being close to downtown Mobile and the attractions I wanted to visit. However, the dining options were limited, and the quality of food was not up to par. Despite some downsides, I found the hotel to be a decent choice for the price.
The hotel had spacious and well-appointed rooms, though they had a strong men's cologne smell. The overall ambiance was lovely, but there was a noticeable odor of mold throughout. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, especially for exploring downtown Mobile, although the historic district may not appeal to everyone. The dining experience was average, and parking came at an extra cost.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated, large, clean, and had all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Although there was a brief delay in our room being ready, it was big, nice, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing. The hotel's location was perfect, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
